NeevAI Supercloud Private Limited (“ai.ml”, “we”), Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Last updated 10 September 2026.
Section 5 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 requires a Data Fiduciary to give its data principals a plain notice before processing. If you send your users' data through ai.ml, you are the Fiduciary and we are your Processor — the notice is yours to give.
Get the template filled in for your organisation
The console generates it with your organisation’s name, your configured retention and the sub-processors currently in force: Settings → Data policy → Documents → DPDP notice template. It downloads as Markdown so you can paste it into your own privacy page.
What the template covers
- What is processed and why, and the consent you rely on.
- That NeevAI Supercloud Private Limited is a processor acting on your instructions, does not train on the data, and stores payloads only as your data policy says (including zero-data-retention, which stores nothing).
- The model providers currently in the list, with a link to the sub-processor page and the 30-day change notice.
- Cross-border transfer, where you have not restricted processing to Indian regions.
- The rights of the data principal — access, correction, erasure, summary, nomination — and the route to the Data Protection Board of India.
- How consent is withdrawn, and that erasure reaches us as a deletion instruction: archived payloads are cryptographically erased and a receipt is issued.
What it is not
A template is not legal advice, and it cannot know your purposes. Fill in the bracketed parts, have your counsel read it, and publish it where you collect the data. For our own processing, see the privacy policy and the data processing agreement; complaints go to the grievance officer.
