What the template covers

• What is processed and why, and the consent you rely on.
• That NeevAI Supercloud Private Limited is a processor acting on your instructions, does not train on the data, and stores payloads only as your data policy says (including zero-data-retention, which stores nothing).
• The model providers currently in the list, and the 30-day change notice.
• Cross-border transfer, where you have not restricted processing to Indian regions.
• The rights of the data principal (access, correction, erasure, summary, nomination) and the route to the Data Protection Board of India.
• How consent is withdrawn, and that erasure reaches us as a deletion instruction: archived payloads are cryptographically erased and a receipt is issued.
