Section 5 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 requires a Data Fiduciary to give its data principals a plain notice before processing. If you send your users' data through ai.ml, you are the Fiduciary and we are your Processor: the notice is yours to give.

• The model providers currently in the list, and the 30-day change notice.
• Cross-border transfer, where you have not restricted processing to Indian regions.
• The rights of the data principal (access, correction, erasure, summary, nomination) and the route to the Data Protection Board of India.
• How consent is withdrawn, and that erasure reaches us as a deletion instruction: archived payloads are cryptographically erased and a receipt is issued.
